Seeking Junior Editor Applications!

Constellations is expanding our editorial team, which means we are looking for a new member to join us this Fall. Details about the position are included in the application form below, but as a brief summary:

- Editors are responsible for overseeing the publication process through receiving submissions, assigning reviewers, accepting/rejecting submissions, facilitating author revisions, copy-editing, and publishing the issue.

- In addition to publication, editors will also be involved in the organisation, execution, and attendance of various academic events throughout the year.

- We expect our editorial team to be in frequent contact and remain committed to their role even when the semester gets busy. Upholding deadlines is a very important part of our work.

- An ideal candidate is someone with strong communication skills, time management, and a passion for engaging with the student community. We also expect that candidates are confident in their own reading, writing, and editing skills.

- This position is open to undergraduate students within the History, Classics, and Religious Studies department, whether through their major or minor. Prior experience with a student journal is a bonus, but not required.
