Author Biography

Veronika Bohac Clark, University of Calgary

Guest Editor for the Special Issue of Cultural and Pedagogical Inquiry (CPI), Winter 2022. Prior to joining the academic community, Dr. Veronika Bohac Clarke worked as a secondary public school teacher, teaching science, math and art, and later she worked at Alberta Education in the area of policy and finance. After completing PhD at University of Alberta in policy studies, she joined the Faculty of Education at the University of Calgary. The study of policy led Veronika to the inquiry of values, in educational policy and practice. She found Integral Theory to be an excellent tool for studying the human condition, particularly as it helped to integrate her science and policy training with her life-long interests in philosophy, transpersonal psychology, spirituality, and art.
