The evidence summaries in this issue focus on
equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) within the library profession. Topics
covered include curriculum development in library and information science
programs, hiring practices in libraries, workplace environments and EDI
training programs, and EDI publication trends within the library science
literature.
During a time in which governments and
businesses in an increasing number of countries are restricting, rolling back,
or banning EDI initiatives, these evidence summaries will hopefully provide
some directions forward.
