Abstract

The authors presents their view on the need for improved collaboration among subject librarians to enhance the level of service to students and faculty. According to them, there has been a lack of collaboration among subject librarians in academic libraries. They say that opening new channels of communication is vital to serve everyone in an academic department or program.
