Abstract

The article provides information on the IEEE/IEE Electronic Library. This digital library is delivered via the Xplore interface. It provides full-text access to IEEE journals, transactions, magazines, letters, conference proceedings, and standards, and IEE journals and conferences. Details of how to use the digital library are given. The structure of the electronic library is also stated.
