Abstract

The paper employs the concept of linguisticdiversity as a lens for viewing access to libraryservices. It first describes and analyzes linguisticdiversity in relation to library access generally,then quantifies linguistic diversity by assessing itsincidence in the staff who shape and deliveraccess and comparing it to general populations.
