Abstract

This paper presents results of a survey to ascertain the value of the Canadian Association for Information Science (CAIS), its annual conference, and its journal. Data suggest that CAIS fulfills some of its stakeholder’s expectations, but improvements are recommended particularly for the structure of the conference.

 

Cet article présente les résultats d'une enquête visant à déterminer la valeur de l'Association canadienne des sciences de l'information (ACSI), sa conférence annuelle, et sa revue. Les données suggèrent que l’ACSI remplit certaines des attentes de ses membres, mais des améliorations sont formulées en particulier concernant la structure du congrès.
