In January 2008, the Canadian Health Libraries Association / Association des bibliothèques de la santé du Canada (CHLA / ABSC) Board of Directors sent a survey to its membership seeking answers to these key questions: What do members value? Why do members join CHLA? The response rate was 42% or 124 of the Association’s personal members. Key results are reported here. The full results, including the comments, are on the Association’s Web site at http://www.chla-absc.ca/.Downloads
