Abstract

Carol Campbell with an example of cultural preservation in Jamaica, using photographs and an essay  to record the careful deconstruction of an old house to be re-constructed and preserved as a cultural museum.

Carol Campbell, Edna Manley College for the Visual and Performing Arts

Carol Campbell was an artist and lecturer at the Edna Manley College for the Visual and Performing Arts for over 15 years. Carol is also an award winning jewelry designer/goldsmith with over 40 years in the field as a practicing artist, exhibitor and lecturer, and is a champion of cultural development through the arts.
