Change of Chief Editor

Dear Readers,

Let me first thank you for your membership and contributions over the years as well as for your patience during the last few years while the journal laid dormant. I'm very happy to announce that a new Manager has come on board and we are busy preparing the long overdue next issue. Welcome Dr. Ann de Leon! We hope to bring you a non thematic issue in the spring and we are now considering submissions for the fall. Please send your submissions anytime, taking care to follow the guidelines closely. I will remain in the background and help when I can but my focus will be mainly on my retirement and non academic activities.
