Abstract

In 1971, the ORTF broadcasted three awesome programs strongly characterized by reflexivity and questions focusing on enunciation and the medium of television, hence, constructing a strong ally with the public. This article studies the reflexive phenomena in the three series and feuilletons ("Le Voyageur des siècles", "La Brigade des maléfices", "Aux frontières du possible"), describes their means of expression and finally examines their value based on similar practices in U.S.TV series.
