Abstract

This electronic resource review evaluates the Material ConneXion (MCX) database. It also explores the general limitations and makes suggestions for improvement. The MCX database is categorized by chemical composition of the materials, comprising eight distinct categories. The MCX database was found to be an excellent resource, both for curated materiality content and for UX/UI and functionality.
